If you're not 100% satisfied - for any reason - simply contact our support representative within 30 days from receipt of your product,
or 30 days after trial period, at (703) 996-9477 for a return authorization number. Then return your purchase, in its original condition
and packaging and you'll receive a full refund. Items must be shipped no later than 2 weeks after your return authorization is given.
Please note the following:
- Products returned without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be refunded.
- Products must be returned in original packaging and in original condition with all accessories included.
- Your return must be shipped no later than two weeks or 10 days after receiving your Return Authorization Number.
At this moment, SoftLogistics products are only shipped to 48 contiguous United States via USPS.
